Senior Consultant/ Consultant (Financial Management)	CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Senior Consultant/ Consultant (Procurement)	B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering from a recognized university with Degree/ Diploma in Procurement Management

Senior Consultant / Consultant (Project Management)	Essential: At least 10 years of experience in project management for senior consultants and 5 years for consultants. Computer proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project management software Desirable: Experience in management, execution, and commissioning of projects costing more than ₹100 crores (preferably healthcare projects)
Senior Consultant/ Consultant (Hospital Management)	Essential: Minimum 3 years post PG experience in Hospital Administration in MCI recognized college. Computer Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word. Desirable: Experience in management, execution, and commissioning of hospital projects (more than 100 crores/ 100 beds) for at least 6 months
Senior Consultant/ Consultant (Financial Management)	Essential: With at least 10 years experience in accounting, including analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, financial software and reporting systems for senior consultant and 5 years for consultant out of which at least 2 years the candidate should have been associated with a Govt. Department / Govt Agency/ PSU/ Autonomous Body, etc. Computer proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and financial management software Desirable: Experience in the financial management of projects individually costing more than ₹100 crores
Senior Consultant/ Consultant (Procurement)	Essential: At least 10 years experience in procurement management for senior consultants and 5 years for consultants out of which at least 2 years should be in the procurement of medical equipment for the government sector in either case. Computer proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Auto CAD, Matlab. Desirable: Experience in procuring medical equipment cumulatively costing more than ₹100 crores in the Government sector
