Educational Qualification

Qualification: Any P.G Degree, M.Sc

Essential:

A post-graduate degree in Physics from a recognizedUniversity;
A Post M.Sc. Diploma in Radiological/ Medical Physics from a recognizedUniversity; and
An internship of a minimum of 12 months in a recognized well-equipped radiation therapy department.
An approval from the competent authority to function as Radiation Safety Officer.

A basic degree in Science from a recognizedUniversity, with Physics as one of the main subject;
A postgraduate degree in Radiological/ Medical Physics from a recognized University; and
An internship of a minimum of 12 months in a recognized well-equipped radiation therapy department.
An approval from the competent authority to function as Radiation Safety Officer.

Desirable:

Knowledge of customs,manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh

Age Limit

18 - 45 Years

Relaxation (in Upper age limit) - SC/ST: 5 Years, OBC: 3 Years, Persons with Disabilities: 10 Years, SC/ST PWD: 15 Years, OBC PWD: 13 Years.
