Research Assistant	Essential: MPhil in Psychiatric Social Work / Clinical Psychology with one year experience in the field after completion or MA/ MSc in Clinical Psychology with two-year experience in the field or Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing/ MSW with 2-year experience of working in a tertiary care mental health setting is essential or MBBS with 2-year experience of working full time in a mental health setting. Desirable: Knowledge of common, severe mental disorders, noncommunicable diseases, the experience of conducting research with a patient, carers, or healthcare staff, behavioral lifestyle interventions, and Knowledge of Kannada
Administrator	Essential: Commerce/ Business Administration Postgraduate with at least 2 years’ experience in office administration and accounting, proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of office procedures Desirable: Previous experience in a research project as an administrator, proficiency in statistical software packages (SPSS/R), skills to design IEC materials
Research Fellow	Essential: Ph.D./ MPhil in Psychiatric Social Work / Clinical Psychology or DPM/MD in Psychiatry/ DNB/ Community Medicine or Masters in Public Health or MSc in Psychiatric Nursing; for candidates with MSc (Psychiatric Nursing)/ MPhil degree two years of experience in a tertiary mental health setting is essential. Desirable: Knowledge of common mental disorders, communicable diseases such as tuberculosis, ability to contribute to the writing of research grant applications, the experience of conducting research with patients, carers, or healthcare staff, behavioral activation interventions.
Research Assistant	Essential: MPhil in Psychiatric Social Work / Clinical Psychology with one year experience in the field after completion or MA/ MSc in Clinical Psychology with two-year experience in the field or Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing/MSW with 2-year experience of working in a tertiary care mental health setting is essential or MBBS with 2-year experience of working full time in a mental health setting or DNB Desirable: Knowledge of common mental disorders, communicable diseases such as tuberculosis, the experience of conducting research with patients, carers, or healthcare staff, behavioral activation interventions.
